A good compilation. Carter did other egregious harm, dept of education and energy for two.

Definitely a mixed bag with Carter and energy. I don't know about the department of education. Maybe you could enlighten me on that.
Just that since Dept of Education, America has gotten dumber. I don't know enough about Dept of Energy except that anytime governments get involved things get worse, more expensive and less efficient.
