Those of a more scientific bent will call them psychopaths. Yes, lower-astral denizens do intrude here, but only where the land is "fertile" for their interventions. They are not nearly as influential as they think they are. All roads lead home to the godhead, but some paths are more adventurous than others. :) Nobody is a victim here, however it may appear to our dull senses.
