He is doing a lot of the right things, but I also have plenty of concerns about his approach. He thinks that my approach is too scholarly. Well, he may be right. :) But the biggest event in the human journey needs many novel approaches instead of the same paths of failure that have been tried thousands of times. I wish Greer the best, maybe his effort will get to the finish line, and nobody would be happier than me. But I also have to try my approach. It won't hurt anybody or risk lives. Greer plays an insanely dangerous game at times. I get plenty of inside scuttlebutt on his effort, and have avoided getting sucked into his effort.
What about Greer’s approach of distributed labs with compensated scientists working on it, completely open source and streamed 24 hours a day.
